**Announcement to Brides and Their Parties:**

We are fully booked for wedding dress appointments in September. If your wedding is scheduled for next year, please schedule your appointment for November. We are currently busy with fall weddings and want to ensure you receive the attention you deserve. Please note that we do not alter fully beaded dresses. Thank you!

SCHEDULING GUIDELINES

1. Our system may show more open times, but Sewccessful accepts only a limited number of clients each week to ensure every garment receives exceptional, focused craftsmanship.

2. If your schedule doesn’t line up with ours, we’re happy to arrange after‑hours appointments when possible. Just send us a text at 636‑202‑1981 before booking, and we’ll work something out, 

3. You may bring additional garments—casual or formal—to the same appointment but please book under the service category for your most urgent garment.

4. Do not select a Pick‑Up appointment when you intend to Drop Off garments.

5. For multiple individuals attending fittings, please arrange for back-to-back appointments to ensure efficient service. If there are no available time slots for back-to-back appointments, kindly contact us, and we will assist you in finding a more suitable time.

6. If you need your garment in under three weeks, select the Rush Service option,

7. Clients bringing five or more garments receive a 10% multi‑item discount.

8. Sewccessful is not responsible for unforeseen expenses that may arise during the alteration process.

9. Please review our Price List to ensure our services align with your budget.

10. Please ensure that your appointment is confirmed before visiting us. You will know your appointment is confirmed when...

• You received a confirmation email indicating that your appointment is confirmed.

• You received a text message to reconfirm your appointment and a reminder the day before it is scheduled.

CURRENT STANDARD TURNAROUND TIME*

4 weeks for casual garments and Household Linens.

6-8 weeks for wedding dresses and multiple garments

Custom projects and redesigning garments take 2 months or longer.

For projects without a deadline, consider scheduling them during our slow season from December to February.
